"Men are like bank accounts, interesting only when they are full", said the status message of a girl who is a friend.
Naturally feeling uneasy, "yaakamma*'", I said.
The girl who is a friend was idle. There was no reply for the next few minutes.
Again naturally, I browsed through Orkut accounts and left the computer for humanity to use it for better purposes.
Now, to digress a bit; out of fondness I had renamed the girl who is a friend with something which rhymed with Kallu. (actual name is avoided as the girl who is a friend might also read this blog)
'Why don't you check this site out, Varun', came a voice from inside.
'Because the sky is so high', said I, though not loudly.
Before I could say 'and my grandfather told a lie in the month of july', ma'am came from her chamber and sat at the computer and began browsing through the Internet.
A vague website opened, giving out facts useful the betterment of the human society.
"Sumne**"
":)"
said the gtalk window at the right hand bottom corner of the monitor.
"What is this Kallu, Kallu?", asked she.
"Ma'am this is actually something realted to communicating with distant ...", I blabbered.
"He is chatting", said the boring guy close to me.
"All these things should be done at night. Oh! the world has changed so much", she remarked.
God knows what she thought I was doing!
A FEW KANNADA WORDS used:
*Enamma= what ma
**Sumne= just like that.
A blog is actually something like a diary which you might want to share with a few people. And things I write here are neither limited to a few things (or names, places, animals) nor do they cover everything under the sun. Nevertheless, it is more personal than is general. People might find delight in reading blog, writing them or just.. (what else can they do??)
And here is my blog, open to you all and wanting readership, though not desperately!
So why don't you just go ahead and read through.. :)
